Shipping & Returns
Free US shipping over $60! Free shipping does not apply outside of the United States. We ship orders Monday through Friday. At the time of placing the order, an approximate shipping date will be sent with the confirmation email. If you place an order on a weekend or national holiday, we will process your order the next business day.
Laline offers no guarantee with the shipping date of any item, as some pieces will be shipped from our manufacturer. You agree to allow Laline to process the associated shipping charges to customer on the given credit card prior to goods shipment.
Laline will insure the piece is in mint condition and packed/crated properly before shipment. Laline is not responsible for any damages that may have occurred during transit. Please see "Instructions for Damaged Shipments" below for further information regarding damaged shipments.
Returns and Refund Payments:
Refunds are given in the same form of payment as that of the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, a credit will appear on your next month's statement, if you paid with a check or money order, we will issue a refund check.
Conditions for a Refund or Exchange:
We will gladly accept returns for any unopened sealed merchandise that is returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt, and the assigned returned authorization (RA) number only. Every piece we sell is high quality and extreme care is taken when packed and/or crated for shipping. We must receive the merchandise in its original condition.
Upon receipt and verification of the authorized return, we will refund the total amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping and packing charges must be paid by customer. If shipping and packing charges were included in the original purchase and customer requests a refund or exchange, a shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged.

Return Packing Tips:
When returning any product, be sure to pack it carefully and in the same packing material when received to insure that the item(s) arrives undamaged. Some items are fragile and must be packed as carefully as the way they were originally shipped. Large items are custom crated and have insulation in addition to prevent damage en route.
You must insure the return shipment and/or certify the shipment to protect yourself against loss or damage when returning items. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the defective merchandise has been received by us in their original condition.
Instructions for Damaged Shipments:
If the piece you received is damaged, please make a report with the shipping carrier. Please save all the broken parts, the container it came in, and all the packing material for the shipper to come out and do an on-site inspection of the damaged package. Laline is not liable for any damages that may have occurred during transit. For damaged shipments and/or non-delivered packages, the customer has the obligation to file a claim directly with the respective transportation company/carrier. It is the customer's sole obligation to file a claim directly with the shipper/carrier.
