A full time manager and supervisor.
Responsibilities include full fiscal responsibility, operations, merchandising, hiring and development of talent. 
This position demonstrates exceptional client service and selling skills, ensuring a positive client experience. Trains new employees and other operational processes. Opens and closes the store when needed. We are looking for someone energetic and responsible!

Qualifications:

• 5 years retail experience, previous sales experience a must
• Experience in management
• Flexible availability, FULL-TIME job, able to work weekends and evenings
• Cosmetic and bath & body experience a plus
• Excellent client service, communication and organizational skills
• Excellent selling skills
• Exceptional leadership skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
